Our intention is to create a sanctuary for women seeking to reconnect with their bodies, quiet the noise of daily life, and ground themselves in the wisdom of nature. Designed by trauma-informed massage therapists and trained somatic practitioners, this experience offers a nurturing space for deep rest, embodied healing, and meaningful connection. Through therapeutic bodywork, guided breath and movement sessions, nourishing meals, and time in nature, you will be gently invited out of your heads and back into your body. The purpose of this retreat is to create a safe, supportive environment where women can soften, release, receive, and return to themselves.

The retreat space is a beautiful, spacious bardominium in St. Anthony, Idaho, The front yard is a whole acre with an unobstructed view of the Tetons. A game room, 6 bedrooms, plenty of common areas, and lots of space both in and outdoors to roam and reflect.

Jess is a licensed massage therapist, owner of Luna Wellness & Massage, and has advanced training in trauma-informed care, myofascial release, and intuitive, therapeutic bodywork. Known for creating a safe, grounded space for healing, she brings deep presence, compassion, and nervous system awareness to every session she facilitates. Jess melds technical skill with intuition, specializing in helping clients reconnect with their bodies through touch, somatic practices, and intentional rest in a warm, healing space where clients feel truly cared for. Her approach is deeply rooted in the belief that true healing happens from the inside out, when we slow down, soften, and remind our body what safety feels like.
With a background in working with trauma, repetitive stress injuries, and emotional overwhelm, Jess is passionate about holding space for women to release, soften, recalibrate, and remember their wholeness.
Kayleigh is a licensed massage therapist, owner of Cicada Massage in Rexburg, Idaho, and the founder of the BodyEase Labor Support Program. With specialized training in deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal care, and injury treatment, Kayleigh brings a grounded, intuitive presence to her work, meeting each body with compassion and intention. Her experience includes teaching at her massage school, collaborating with chiropractors and physical therapists, and working with a semi‑professional soccer team, equipping her to assist anyone from pregnant moms and athletes to people in need of pain relief or relaxation.
Kayleigh is passionate about helping people reconnect to their bodies in sustainable, supportive ways and holds space for deep rest, and healing through touch. Whether guiding a bodywork session or offering gentle presence, she invites you to slow down, and return to yourself.
